Adobe Photoshop in Singapore?

Hi....Guys..

I would like to get my hands on a Adobe Photoshop software and I'm willling to buy it however my budget is Singapore a hundred.I've checked their website but they are selling for nearly Singapore two thousand dollars...,whereas all i need is a sotfware to edit my pictures for website publishing and i don't need all.I'm staying in Singapore.

Is there any way I could get it legally with my budget or is there any other software similar to the Adobe Photoshop for my purposes...
